This machine utilizes a positive pressure air cushion paper guide, resulting in efficient heat energy utilization and high-quality corrugated forming. The Corrugated Roller is designed with a positive pressure box type, positioned below the press roller to lower the machine's center of gravity and ensure smooth operation at high speeds while reducing vibrations. Hydraulic pressure controls the opening and closing of corrugating rolls, pressure rolls, coated rolls, and locking corrugating rolls. The wall panel and bearing seat are constructed from ductile iron material with an integrated base for enhanced rigidity and reduced machine vibration. Automatic hydraulic access allows for quick exchange of different corrugating patterns by the corrugating roller set. Hydraulic pressure controls the gap adjustment between the corrugated roller and the pressure roller, while electric power controls the gap adjustment between the corrugated roller and rubber roller. The motor-driven synchronous belt ensures stable operation with low noise levels for the corrugant rollers. A separate gluing section can be easily accessed from the main engine for convenient cleaning and maintenance purposes. Equipped with a hydraulic swing arm structure that enhances stability in gluing operations along with an automatic gluing adjustment system. Additionally, this machine features a face paper preheating roll, core paper arc heating plate, as well as an automatically rotating preheating cylinder driven by a motor. An air-cooled cooling machine is also included to enable water cooling if required.
