This machine adopts positive pressure air cushion paper guide, which has high utilization rate of heat energy and good quality of corrugated forming.

The Corrugated Roller adopts the positive pressure box type, and the roller is located below the press roller, which reduces the center of gravity of the machine. Smooth operation at high speed, reducing vibration.

The opening and closing of corrugating rolls, pressure rolls, coated rolls and locking corrugating rolls are controlled by hydraulic pressure.

The wall panel and bearing seat are made of ductile iron and equipped with an integrated base to enhance rigidity and reduce vibration of the whole machine.

Corrugating roller set automatic hydraulic access, can quickly exchange different corrugating patterns.

The adjustment of the gap between the corrugated roller and the pressure roller is controlled by hydraulic pressure, and the adjustment of the gap between the corrugated roller and the rubber roller is controlled by electric power.

Corrugant roller is driven by motor synchronous belt, stable operation, low noise.

A single gluing section can be laid out from the main engine for easy cleaning and maintenance. The hydraulic swing arm structure makes the position of the gluing part more stable and is equipped with an automatic gluing adjustment system.

The machine is equipped with a face paper preheating roll and a core paper arc heating plate, and the preheating cylinder can be automatically rotated by the motor.

Equipped with air-cooled cooling machine, water cooling can be realized.
