Moisture Spray Water Spray Water/Steam/shower for Corrugated Packaging Machine

This spray device is used in the Corrugated Cardboard Production Line to humidify the base paper or cardboard to keep it flat, not warped and broken.

Water Spray 1

Features:

1. Open different number of nozzles according to different production widths.

The angle of nozzle and cardboard can be adjusted freely.

2. Both flow and pressure can be accurately controlled.

3. The parts and accessories on contact with water are made of stainless steel, which is anti-rust and beautiful.

Application:

1. To install it after preheater cylinder and before Single Facer

1 pc shower bar from top and 1 pc shower bar from bottom.

It’s to spray the water mist onto the paper. In case the machine is running at low speed or stop or the paper heating contact, so the paper is too dry and prone to be broken. By using the water spray, the paper will be adjusted with some moisture.

2. To install it after the duplex gluer machine and before the entrance of Double Facer.

Usually 1 pc shower bar from top.

It’s to spray the water mist onto the liner paper to prevent the cardboard being warped, wrinkle or deformed.

3. To install it after main drive drum and before Slitter Scorer.

1 pc shower bar from top and 1 pc shower bar from bottom.

It’s to spray the water mist onto the liner paper. It’s to prevent the cardboard from broken during scoring process, especially when the humility is too low or when the machine working speed is too low which result in too dry cardboard.
