3.How to maintain and use the paper feeding wheels
1) One of the main reasons for the wear of the paper feed wheel is that the paper scraps are stuck between the wheel and the bracket. Therefore, when running at high speed, the location where the paper scraps are stuck will wear out immediately. Therefore, when foreign matter is found at the front end of the paper feed wheel, it must be cleaned up in time.
2) After a period of time, switch the paper feed wheels, that is, switch the wheels on both sides to the middle. They must be on the same horizontal surface, only on one plane, which can reduce the wear of the paper feed wheels.
3) The paper feed wheels should be cleaned and maintained regularly. Alcohol can be used. Do not use toluene for cleaning. After cleaning the paper feed wheel, it can work normally, and at the same time it will increase the friction of the paper feed wheels.
4) The uneven rotation speed of the paper feed wheel is also a major cause of wear. Therefore, when the paper feed wheels rotate slowly, we must repair and maintain it.
